WhenestablishingyourSprintservice,pleasecallSprintCustomerServiceusingthestate

TelecommunicationsRelayService(TRS)byfirstdialing    .ThenprovidethestateTRS

withthisnumber:866-727-4889.

TTYcallsto911maybecorruptedwhenreceivedbypublicsafetyansweringpoints(PSAPs),

renderingsomecommunicationsunintelligible.TheproblemencounteredappearsrelatedtoTTY

equipmentorsoftwareusedbyPSAPs.ThismatterhasbeenbroughttotheattentionoftheFCC,

andthewirelessindustryandthePSAPcommunityarecurrentlyworkingtoresolvethis.
